...Your Partnership on the Road to Recovery

At SAGE, we believe the connection between the client and the therapist is the most important bond in integrated continuum of care. Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides 12 to 16 weeks of individualized relapse prevention groups, education groups, and social support groups with a parallel behavioral health track, grounded by individual and family counseling. Weekly random urine testing is a mandatory constituent of integrated continuum of care.

Integral components of the IOP include:

•Individual and conjoint sessions one time a week for two months

•Early recovery skills groups two times per week for the first month of integrated continuum of care

•Relapse prevention groups two times per week for the first month of integrated continuum of care

•Family education groups once a week for the first month, then every other week

•Gender specific social support groups beginning in weeks 11-12

•Randomly selected urine testing

•AA and NA support groups

•Behavioral Health groups

•Biofeedback

•Diet & Nutrition Education

SAGE Holistic Counseling addresses addictions and co-existing, independent psychiatric disorders. This service is provided by a licensed mental health professional or a supervised clinical intern. Psychiatric and psychosocial consultations are always available for adults and adolescents. Individual psychotherapy after the initial twelve weeks of integrated continuum of care, or as deemed appropriate, is also provided.
